We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Yacht Service Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking in service and repair work
- Communicating with clients regarding service requirements and updates
- Providing regular progress updates throughout projects
- Preparing and issuing invoices for completed repairs and maintenance
- Managing day-to-day administration and service records
- Booking parts in and out of stock systems
- Coordinating with engineers and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintaining accurate customer and job records
Essential requirements:
- Must hold Spanish residency
- Ability to converse in both English and Spanish
- Based in Mallorca Port Adriano
- Good IT skills
