Marlin Marine Services, established in 1996 and based in Port Adriano, South West Mallorca, is a trusted name in yacht engineering, maintenance, and brokerage. Our services include engine work, gel coat repairs, electrical systems, full refits, painting, and polishing. We are now looking for an experienced marine professional with proven skills in servicing and maintaining pleasure craft and motor yachts. The ideal candidate will be confident in troubleshooting and comfortable working as part of a team.

Essential requirements:

• Must hold Spanish residency
• Ability to converse in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience working on vessels
